AlpSIB transnational advisory board meeting
The AlpSIB project is elaborating as its main deliverable a “Common Methodology” that, starting from the chances and obstacles in the individual countries, identifies the common opportunities and challenges for implementing SIBs, with a special focus on the Alpine Space countries. The purpose of the TAB meetings is to have moments for open discussion among policy makers, practitioners, foundations, experts, stakeholders and other institutions, in order to finalize the methodology document. The current state of the “Common Methodology” is the results of confrontation tables run at national level and of a first TAB meeting that took place in Munich in July 2018. This second TAB Meeting is aimed at making a further step ahead for the completion of the “Common Methodology”. More specifically, the meeting will focus on how to implement the EU Policies on a Local Level: What initiatives are already existing? What is planned? What could be envisaged for the upcoming future? The working language will be Italian and English: the discussion will be managed flexibly in both languages by the moderator.
